Do you offer gift vouchers?

I certainly do! You can choose any monetary amount of any specific treatment, the choice is yours.

Simply contact me using the form provided to request your voucher or see me in the gym or clinic.

What are the payment options?

I have now moved my business completely online and I will now require everyone to book online and pay the stipulated deposit for the service being requested.

For all Boxercise Classes and Self Defence classes full payment will be taken at the time of booking your slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If for any reason you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment the deposit of your booking will be forfeited.
